From Naches, WA travel west on Highway 12 W for about 22 miles. Turn left at Lost Lake Rd onto Forest Road 1200 / Tieton Reservoir Rd and go 4.5 miles. Turn left onto S Fork Tieton Rd / Forest Road 1000 and go 12.6 miles to trailhead at end of road.
